• Please allow up to an extra half an hour for each appointment, for the consultation and appointment admin.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, time will be taken off of your treatment.
  

Cancellation Policy ​

• All appointments require a 50% deposit, this is payable as soon as you book the appointment, by bank transfer or card.
  
• I respectfully ask for 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule, less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the 50% deposit paid.  
  
• If you are ill, or have a genuine emergency, I will be reasonable.  Call as soon as you know that you won't be able to make your appointment.  I will treat this on a case by case basis.
• A No Show will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.
  
• If you reschedule the same appointment three times, you will forfeit your 50% deposit.
  
• Clients who continually violate the cancellation policy will not be invited to rebook, at my discretion.​
